Minimum Qualification: Male or female, any stream
Age Limit: 21 – 28 years
Experience: Freshers ,1 to 2 year of Sales experience & dealer management from the Sleep/Home Comfort, Furniture, Moulded Furniture, Tiles & Sanitaryware, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Paints, Tyres, Adhesives, Laminates & Plywood, Cycles, etc. (On Roll – Off Roll) (NO BFSI)
CANDIDATE should have TWO Wheeler and should be ready to re-locate.
· To generate business in the product category – Sale of the brands electronic/ automatic bidet systems as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current Company’s Trade Policy (TP)
· To keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company’s norms.
· To keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.
· To make calls to the dealers & manage dealers under his/her purview
· To make institutional calls to pitch sales.
· To increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.
· To reactivate the old partners.
· To ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.
· To maintain good relationship with the dealers.
· To redress the customer complaints.
· To ensure that dealer is practicing Smartwash ethics of MRP etc.
· High Energy & Positive attitude
· Effective communication skills- written and oral
· Computer literate – MS Office
· Physically fit
· Work under pressure
· Result oriented
